When the owners of a company love their business, it shows in their enthusiasm, in the job satisfaction their employees exhibit, and in the repeat business and referrals that flow toward them.
And that's the case at Red Top Valet Service.
Charles H. Secor, a second generation member of the parking industry, established Red Top Valet Service in 1991 - with one account and an abundance of enthusiasm.
Since then the business has grown to provide valet services for both private and business events in homes, restaurants, banquet halls, and corporate centers. He's also provided parking lot management for large event venues such as the Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, IL.
Because the business grew so well, Charles recently added a partner - his nephew, Lewis Luburich. Lewis is a third generation member of the parking industry and shares his uncle's enthusiasm and love of the business.
Both Charles and Lewis believe the way to run a business is to remain involved, and to keep making improvements. That's why they both work in every aspect of the company. From being an event supervisor to serving as a valet runner, they work alongside their employees to ensure that all customer needs are satisfied.
That's also why they take every opportunity to talk with their clients - and to listen. By seeing the valet service through the eyes of their customers, they can better understand where and how to make improvements.
Ensuring that every customer is satisfied is their shared goal - and from the number of repeat clients and referrals coming to Red Top Valet Service, it appears that they're meeting that goal.
